At Viksha, we ensure that every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or any other non-damage-related reason.
Damaged Product Claims
If you receive a damaged order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear and continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for any damage claim. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Refund & Replacement Eligibility
- If only 1 product/item in the package is found damaged, no refund or replacement will be provided.
- If 2 or more products/items in the same package are found damaged due to transit damage, the customer may be eligible for a replacement or refund after verification.
- All claims are subject to review and approval by our team.
Return Requests
Returns are generally not accepted.
In exceptional cases where a return is approved by our team, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges. These charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
The returned product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned with original packaging and accessories (if any)
Claim Requirements
To process a damage claim, customers must provide:
- A clear unboxing video
- Photos of the damaged products
- Order details
Failure to provide the required proof may result in rejection of the claim.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful verification of the claim.
Right to Reject Claims
Viksha reserves the right to reject any refund, replacement, or return request if:
- No valid unboxing video is provided.
- The claim is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
- The products appear used, altered, or intentionally damaged.
- The evidence submitted is insufficient for verification.
